What is Breathwork

What do you get when you put a magazine, a surprise, and a gift in one mailbox?

Breathwork.

I'm not sure which word best describes it: a magazine, zine, journal, field guide... let's call it mail for now.

Breathwork guides you present

Summertime issue of Breathwork is 3 parts:

  1. Keep: The pièce de résistance magazine
  2. Use: This element is always seasonally surprising. The theme for this issue is noticing.
  3. Gift: Something to pass along to a new friend

All containing handmade, original art and writing.
